The service
Pulse AI provides AI-generated workout plans, nutrition tracking, wearable workout tracking, and social fitness challenges. Some features require a paid subscription.
Not medical advice
Pulse AI provides general fitness and nutrition information only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a physician before starting any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have a medical condition. Heart-rate and calorie figures from wearables are estimates. Stop exercising and seek medical help if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort.
Your account
You must be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate profile information — plan generation depends on it.
Acceptable use
Don't abuse the service: no unauthorized access, scraping, reverse engineering, harassment of other users in challenges, or use of the AI features to generate content unrelated to fitness.
Subscriptions & payments
Paid plans, prices, and billing intervals are shown in the app before purchase. Payments are processed by our payment providers. Except where required by law or by app-store policy, fees are non-refundable. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.
User content
You retain rights to the data you log. You grant us the license needed to operate the service (store, process, display it back to you, and show your display name and scores to participants of challenges you join).
Termination
You may delete your account at any time (Profile → Delete Account). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sliice Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for injuries arising from your exercise activities. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
