Pulse AI ("the App") is operated by Sliice Studio ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data we collect, why, and the choices you have.
Data we collect
Account & profile. Email address, password (stored only as a salted bcrypt hash), and the profile you provide: age, gender, height, weight, body-fat percentage, activity level, and fitness goal. If you sign in with Google or Facebook, we receive your email and provider account ID.
Fitness & nutrition activity. Workouts and exercises you complete, workout plans generated for you, food and water intake you log, and challenge participation (including leaderboard scores visible to other participants of the same challenge).
Health data from wearables. If you pair an Apple Watch or Wear OS device, we collect per-workout aggregates: duration, average and maximum heart rate, and estimated calories burned. We do not collect continuous heart-rate streams. This data is used solely to show your workout history and insights; it is never sold or used for advertising.
Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. We keep transaction records (amount, date, status, Stripe payment reference).
Push notifications. A device push token (Firebase Cloud Messaging) if you enable notifications.
Diagnostics. Crash and error reports (via Sentry) that may include device model, OS version, and app state at the time of the error.
AI processing
Workout and nutrition suggestions are generated by sending your profile attributes (age, gender, height, weight, activity level, goal) and recent workout/nutrition history to our AI providers (Google Gemini or OpenAI) as prompt input. These requests are not used by us to train models. Your name and email are not included in AI prompts.
What we do NOT do
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not use your health data for advertising.
- We do not share your data with third parties except the processors listed below.

Retention & deletion
Your data is retained while your account exists. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from Profile → Delete Account in the app, or by emailing support@sliicestudio.com. Deletion is immediate and irreversible; payment records may be retained by Stripe per their legal obligations.
Your rights
Depending on your region (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your data, and to object to processing. Contact support@sliicestudio.com to exercise them.
Children
Pulse AI is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We will post updates to this policy at this URL and note material changes in the app.
